21-year-old engineering undergrad. Looks forward to finishing college. Would like to say that she knows what she wants to be after graduating but she knows that, that would be a blatant lie. Needs another year to figure it out.

She enjoys reading non-academic books, listening to music that people around her hates, watching movies that other people have watched the previous year, taking photographs that people tell her are crappy and telling stories that no one wants to know. She is not the most optimistic person in the world.

She is not sure if carrots will actually help you see better in the dark. Blogger along with her siblings used to crunch carrots (she now hate carrots) back when she was a kid. Now, everyone in the family (except for blogger) needs glasses. Blogger's eyesight is deteriorating but parents won't let her to get her glasses done because they said blogger does not need them, yet. That title will stick until she gets her glasses done.

It is also a line from a song by The Wombats, which is good. Really.

She is very thankful that people actually come here to read this (that means you). So, thank you. Very much.

don’t wanna see you floating upside down

This week's been pretty good so far. Just in case you're wondering.

Had dinner at this pretty nice sushi place called sushigroove last Friday. I have to say, that place is pretty classy (compared to other sushi places I've been to, anyway). What I like most about it is the originality. Instead of saying out loud the normal Japanese restaurant welcome of "Arigato-gozaimasta!" (or however you spell it) in unison, they have one person say "Groovy!" and then a myriad of "Welcome!" follows. So, it's like "Groovy! Welcome.. Welcome.. Welcome.. Welcome..". Come to think of it, sort of like an a capella group because of the different tone of voices of the employees there.

Or maybe they haven't worked out on saying that in unison, yet. Who knows. All I know is that the place is pretty good.

Last week I was pretty fucked up, I guess. I was so mentally exhausted and all. When I chatted with a few friends about it, here are what some had to say: one friend told me she was depressed too then we continued to tell stories to out-depress each other. That was pretty fun. Another told me I was thinking way too much and then said she just doesn't get how a hard-disk could be destroyed beyond repair, telling me how she was always on hers (laptop) too and when she heard stories of faulty hard-disks she just never gets it. She continued on and on about that until I told her I didn't want to talk about that. Another friend laughed it out. And then went something like, "TALK TO ME! TALK TO ME!" when I started ignoring her for a few minutes. She seriously thought I was suicidal. I wasn't. I just had to restart my modem because the connection got slow.

Oh yes, I have the most understanding, considerate and helpful friends in the world.

In other news, today is my kid brother's 19th birthday. Happy Birthday Boy. I wanted to get you one of Jamie Oliver's cook book but someone said it wasn't worth it. But you probably won't ever read this so it's okay. At least you don't know what I almost gave you.

In other other news, Danny Noriega is my favorite contestant on this season's American Idol. Who cares if he's like the gayest of gays. He's got amazing talent and he's probably the most entertaining one out of the whole lot. Jason Castro is second simply because he's the epitome of cool.

My favorite song today is about a gold fish dying. Top points to the first person who guesses correctly.

DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE, UR FAVE'S DANNY NORIEGA?!? BWAHAHA! Omg, Jos, I dont know if it's just me, but....

don't u think he reminds u of another certain pretty, gay-ish dude that goes by the name of Kim Hee Chul, from Superjunior? SERIOUSLY, that's who i thought of instantly wen i saw Danny - i seriously cant stop laughing whenver i see him perform on idol now, coz he really freakishly reminds me of heechul (especially the fact them two look DAAAAMN good on tv screens)

but one huge diff - Danny is like a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better singer than the other xD but both are seriously entertaining eh? haha~ I like Danny a lot too, but that may just me being suju-influenced, lol, but i actually love david's voice too (=

ok am ranting here, mian! but i just find the danny + heechul thing too funny to ignore, lol

and good to hear ur having a better week now ^^ and ooh, i wana go to that sushi place too! most of the sushi places i've been to in kl sucked big time =(

I feel guilty because I started watching this season of AI at the beginning and somewhere along the way I just stopped. I need to try to keep up with it.
